'We
chose Wilma because she is so beautiful. She
was quite nervous when we went to visit her but
it didn't put us off her. At first, when she
came to live with us, she was shy, wouldn't eat
much and jumped at anything. After about 3
months you could see she had begun to relax and
started to welcome us home in the evenings.
After about 6 months we realised that she was a
completely different dog from the one we chose
at Castledon! - She is so full of fun it's
unbelievable. Her favourite game is running
around the garden with her latex chicken. When
she gets excited she barks for England but
within a few seconds she stops as you cuddle
her...She loves having her tummy rubbed...she
eats well...she takes everyone's shoes and
slippers into the garden (but doesn't bring them
back in!)...she's learnt to go up / down
stairs...she digs holes in the garden which she
uses as her 'sentry post'!
In short, we
wouldn't be without her and we would recommend a
greyhound to anyone choosing a dog.'
